Brahma EG30*L SOLENOID VALVE

Brahma EG30*L SOLENOID VALVE

This series of normally closed solenoid valves is designed for civil and industrial applications, available with alternating or direct current. They feature an internal rectification circuit for quiet operation and an inlet wire-net filter to block particles larger than 1 mm. Fast or slow opening options are available, along with flow and initial fast flow adjustment. All versions can be connected to fixing brackets and come with by-pass valves and pressure plugs. The EG30*L valves can also include a by-pass valve, integrated into the body, with either fast or slow opening and optional flow adjusters for enhanced versatility.

The EG30*L Series Solenoid Valves are advanced, normally closed valves designed for civil and industrial applications, operating with either alternating or direct current. These valves are built with an inside rectification circuit, enabling silent operation and smooth control, making them ideal for environments where noise reduction is important. A wire-net filter at the inlet prevents dirt particles larger than 1 mm from entering the system, ensuring optimal performance and durability.

Key Features:

Normally Closed Design: These solenoid valves remain closed when not energized, providing a safe and secure solution for gas and fluid control.

Silent Operation: Thanks to the built-in rectification circuit, the valve operates with minimal noise, even during fast opening or slow opening configurations, ensuring quiet performance in sensitive environments.

Flow Adjustment & Initial Flow Control: The EG30*L valves allow precise flow adjustment for customized gas or fluid control. The fast opening models also feature initial flow adjustment, providing further control over the system’s operation.

Fast or Slow Opening Options: Choose between fast opening or slow opening valves, with hydraulic shock absorbers in the slow opening models to ensure smooth gas or fluid release, preventing sudden surges that could impact the system.

By-Pass Solenoid Valve Integration: These solenoid valves can be equipped with an optional by-pass valve featuring an 11 mm orifice, eliminating the need for a separate by-pass valve installation. The by-pass valve shares the same inlet gas pipe as the main valve, but with different electrical controls, enhancing system flexibility. The by-pass valve can also be fast or slow opening, with or without flow adjuster.

Pressure Plugs for Monitoring: Each valve is equipped with pressure plugs upstream and downstream, allowing easy access for pressure monitoring and testing to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Durable Construction: These valves are designed for long-term stability and reliable performance in demanding environments. The option to add fixing brackets simplifies installation and ensures secure mounting.

Flow Adjustment Instructions for EG30*L Valves:

Flow Adjustment
To modify gas flow, first remove one of the two screws securing the lag group, specifically the non-enamelled screw labeled as “4”. Turn the entire group clockwise to decrease the flow, or counterclockwise to increase it.

Opening Time Adjustment
Remove the top protection by rotating it counterclockwise. Adjust the screw labeled as “1”. Turning the screw clockwise will extend the opening time, while turning it counterclockwise will shorten it.

Initial Flow Quick Release Adjustment
After removing the top protection by turning it counterclockwise, adjust the nut labeled “2”. Turning the nut clockwise will reduce the initial release, and turning it counterclockwise will increase the initial release.
